Ebenezer is seeking an Activity Assistant to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN! This role assists with implementation of quality leisure/social/therapeutic events program designed to assist residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically, socially, and mentally. This position will also drvie company van/bus for resident outings. This patient support schedule includes; Casual / on call Day shift Must pick up three shifts per month Lake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota.
