Activity Aide - Full Time - Generations at Oakton Pavillion, LLC : Job Details

Activity Aide: - Assist in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating activity programs within the facility - Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and residential assessments - Implement current calendars of events in each wing - Participate in community events related to the facility - Visit and assist bed residents on a one-to-one basis - Operate a bus for activity outings - Distribute mail and newspapers to residents Requirements of the Activity Aide:High School Diploma or G.E.D. One year of Long-Term Care experience preferred. Experience developing and leading group activities. Ability to interact and socialize with people of all backgrounds. Must speak, read, and write English. Ability to complete appropriate charts and reports. Maintain confidentiality of all residents information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
