All applicants must possess a genuine interest in working with children & Pre teens ages 3-12. Must be willing to commit the required energy, enthusiasm and cooperation in all aspects of the training and hands-on portions of the program.

• Comfortable with giving instructions for daily events and maintaining head count of all participants in your selected group.
• Must maintain a safe environment at all times on and off property.
• A positive and cooperative attitude and pleasant disposition are critical to this position.
• Counselors are required to supervise and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, following outlined protocols for daily activities and field trips.

• Prior experience working with children.
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a positive attitude and truly enjoy working with children.
• Successful applicant will pass a pre-employment background check.
