Job Requisition: REQ3857 Employment Type: Per Diem Shift: Rotating Hours Per Week: As scheduled

Hiring Range : $17.00- $22.74

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities: • Conducts assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives.

• Facilitates and participates in activity-related projects and events.

• Keeps treatment area clean, safe, and organized.

• Performs clerical tasks as assigned.

Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Education: High school diploma/GED required or (3) three years relevant experience required.
