Evaluate resident's interest and involvement in Life Skills. Develop Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities. Engage residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening. Ensure that every resident has an opportunity to engage in Life Skills or other life enrichment activities daily. Review resident profile and the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and spend time talking with residents and family members to determine the best Life Skill or life enriching activity for each resident.
