Activities Assistant - Ascension Health : Job Details

Perform activity based programs in support of patient care plan. Conduct assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives. Facilitate and participate in activity-related projects and events. Keep treatment area clean, safe, and organized. Perform clerical tasks as assigned. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:One or more of the following required:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Heart Saver AED obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
