ACO Program Coordinator

The ACO Program Coordinator will report directly to the VP, Value-Based Operations and support all key areas of Stellar's value-based/risk strategy and performance in the MSSP ACO program and select payor risk contracts. This role is essential in supporting VBC Ops Leadership and interdisciplinary teams in creating foundational population health infrastructure as we develop this quickly growing and important area of our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Own all MSSP ACO and Payor Risk Contract Program management requirements
  • ACO submission process
  • ACO board administrative support
  • Beneficiary notifications
  • Provider contract management/inventory
  • Stay up to date on all CMS policy updates/changes
  • MACRA/MIPS/QP requirements and regulatory changes
  • CMS payment reform
  • CMMI model developments
  • Synthesize and share-out with company and Stellar board on all key ACO operational and performance updates
  • Support vendor evaluation and management
  • Support VBC Ops Leadership in payor and provider growth strategy
  • Support ACO leader in key Finance activities; budgeting, reinsurance, stop loss needs, pro forma development

As ACO Program Coordinator You Should Have:

  • 4+ years healthcare experience
  • Ideally have 2+ years working at an MSSP ACO or clinically integrated network taking risk with payors
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Healthcare startup or healthcare consulting experienced preferred
  • Value-based performance strategy experience
  • Advanced excel skills required
  • You are experienced in project management - you have the ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate roadblocks
  • You are an exceptional communicator, and are able to crisply articulate problems and solutions even when operating under uncertainty
