Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

The Accounts Payable Specialist manages recurring and ad-hoc reporting, invoice processing, and vendor interactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and record-keeping within BPCS and SAP systems.

• Review and approve travel and expense reports, interacting positively with employees at all levels.
• Stay updated on company policies and payment software applications.
• Audit vendor records in Evolve, including tax and banking information.
• Research and resolve invoice issues via email and phone communication.
• Coordinate with locations to correct purchase order errors.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal departments.
• Review, prepare, and post invoices to G/L; escalate issues as needed.
• Process invoices through electronic systems, including 3-way matching and OCR tools.
• Perform additional duties such as processing wire invoices as assigned.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
