Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate resident account ledgers and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position ensures the integrity of the accounts receivable process by managing resident charges, monitoring dispositions, and facilitating timely reconciliations.
Working collaboratively with Regional and Property Managers, the Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures that all resident account activities align with operational objectives and financial compliance standards. The position requires a detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-driven attitude, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. Through cross-functional collaboration and proactive communication, this role contributes to a cohesive, efficient, and service-focused accounting team.

Salary range: $25-28.50/hr If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
