Pay starts at $23.00/hour commensurate with experience plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program!

Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate to join our team at our beautiful Waconia, MI office! In this critical role, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit memos, deductions, and special billings across multiple business channels. You'll also play a key part in reconciliation efforts and regular reporting, working closely with Sales, Customer Care, and other departments to resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies.

What You'll Do
  • Process daily billing, invoicing, and credit requests
  • Partner with other departments to research, validate, and resolve billing issues
  • Run reports, analyze data, and identify invoicing discrepancies and delays
  • Provide documentation to support audits and compliance needs
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and root-cause issue resolution
What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in billing, A/R, or a related finance function
  • Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Outlook and Word
  • Ability to work across multiple ERP systems (preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting
