• Support the Billing and Collections Head
• Oversee the collections and reconciliation process.
• Develop and implement efficient collection procedures.
• Manage and mentor the accounts receivable team.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Resolve complex collection issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve collection processes.
• Perform checker roles as necessary
• Prepare and present reports related to FFI Entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
