Accounts Receivable Clerk - Clark Davis Associates : Job Details

• Process & maintain all receivable transactions, including customer invoicing, collections and payments from customers, refunds/credit, etc.
• Prepare and send customer invoices, process credit card payments, and respond to chargebacks
• Prepare cash receipts for deposit and process electronic bank deposits
• Assist in AR reconciliations
• Assist in resolving customer disputes
• Prepare credit memo requests in the ERP system as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years related AR experience
• Experience using NetSuite ERP system, required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
