Accounts Rec. Collector - DAVIS-STANDARD : Job Details

Responsibilities: Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by email and telephone to solicit payment. Persuade customers to pay amounts due within payment terms. Responsible for properly having updated notes on all accounts once customer has been contacted regarding their account balance. Work with appropriate personnel/departments to resolve any internal issues that is preventing a customer from paying their invoices within payment terms.
