Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary Position) - NetSuite - Fully Remote - LHH Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

LHH is assisting our client in their search for a fully remote Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary basis. Current and strong experience processing invoices in NetSuite is an absolute must for this position. Job Overview:

• Processing vendor invoices globally
• Ensuring invoicing is processed accurately against spend categories
• Ensuring all invoices processed receive the appropriate approval via the workflow
• Managing incoming queries in the AP inbox
• Ensuring all approved vendor invoicing av for settlement are reviewed for cashflow requirements prior to release
• In charge of AP reporting to ensure aged balances are managed with supporting commentary
• Reconciling statements for high priority vendors
• Ensuring deadline are met met for the closing of AP modules each month
• Supporting vendors with onboarding

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• NetSuite experience is mandatory
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
