LHH is assisting our client in their search for a fully remote Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary basis. Current and strong experience processing invoices in NetSuite is an absolute must for this position. Job Overview:
- Processing vendor invoices globally
- Ensuring invoicing is processed accurately against spend categories
- Ensuring all invoices processed receive the appropriate approval via the workflow
- Managing incoming queries in the AP inbox
- Ensuring all approved vendor invoicing av for settlement are reviewed for cashflow requirements prior to release
- In charge of AP reporting to ensure aged balances are managed with supporting commentary
- Reconciling statements for high priority vendors
- Ensuring deadline are met met for the closing of AP modules each month
- Supporting vendors with onboarding
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- NetSuite experience is mandatory
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
