Accounts Payable Specialist - Ledgent : Job Details

A well-established organization in the financial services sector is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This position plays a critical support role and offers the opportunity to grow with the company during an exciting period of transition and change. The ideal candidate will bring strong system knowledge-particularly in SAP-and a collaborative approach to navigating evolving processes within a dynamic workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Processing Invoices
• Work extensively within SAP to manage data, reports, and internal processes
• Assist with ongoing process improvements and documentation updates
• Support the team during a period of organizational transition due to recent acquisitions
• Collaborate across teams and adapt to shifting priorities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus
• Proven adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing work environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
