Accounts Payable Processor - TEKsystems : Job Details

TEKsystems is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to work with a client in the Englewood Cliffs, NJ area. This role offers a HYBRID schedule.

Qualifications

2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience

Experience with Concur, Infor, or other ERP systems

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

Intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook

Self-starter with a positive attitude

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable functions, including processing intercompany and third-party invoices

Analyze monthly payment trends and reconcile vendor statements to ensure ledger accuracy

Handle receipt, matching, approval, and reconciliation of intercompany and third-party invoices

Process inbound and outbound landed cost payments

Ensure timely and accurate payments according to due dates

Support fixed asset creation with proper documentation

Input invoices into the AP sub-ledger to prevent missing payments

Maintain basic accounting knowledge to detect incorrect coding

Participate in quarterly variance analysis and SOX compliance testing

Training

Initial paid onsite training with in-depth 1:1 sessions will be provided for the first few weeks.

Compensation

The pay range is $28.00 - $33.00/hr, depending on experience. Interested candidates should submit their updated resumes for immediate consideration.
