POSITION TITLE
Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist provides support and assistance by maintaining all Accounts Payable area functions, including voucher processing, check printing, employee/student reimbursements and refunds, and vendor inquiries. Additionally, the Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist ensures efficient and accurate maintenance of the payroll system and bi-monthly payroll administration while demonstrating excellence and first-class customer service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or Payroll experience OR an Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university with 3-5 years of related experience..
