Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring validation of goods/services received and accurate pricing; prepare vendor payments and maintain associated records

Reconcile accrued receipts and inventory general ledger accounts with source documentation

Assist with all accounts payable responsibilities related to month-end closing procedures

Prepare hourly payroll data for final approval, ensuring all hours, employee changes, and deductions are verified and complete

Prepare salaried payroll data for final approval, ensuring accuracy in employee records and deductions

Provide phone coverage as needed

Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and/or payroll, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
