Job Details: Position: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Long Beach, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM -5:00PM Pay: $35.00 per hour plus overtime (Negotiable based on experience) Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP Accounts Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry of AP vendor invoices per company procedures.
• Weekly processing of all company expense reports.
• Process weekly check run.
• Daily management of AP email inbox.
• Verify accuracy of vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
• Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous accounts payable experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus.
