Job Description :
Responsible for processing of accounts payable invoices and assisting in the Accounting Department as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Communicate effectively with other bank personnel and supervisor to efficiently process payment of invoices. 2. Understanding of general ledger system to properly code expenses. 3. Other accounting related duties as assigned by supervisor. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous accounts payable experience required. Knowledge of basic accounting terminology required. Customer service experience required. Jack Henry experience preferred. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING: High school diploma or GED required. JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: - Demonstrated interpersonal skills. - Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining accuracy, focus and productivity. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel....Accounts Payable, Clerk, Accounting, Banking
