Responsibilities•Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs•Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors•Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data•Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements•Facilitate payment of invoicesRequirements•Business Associates Degree or 2 years experience in a related area•Highly organized and detail-oriented•Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills preferred•Basic data entry skills•Good listening and communication skills•Confidentiality and integrityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
