This position is ideal for someone with a unique blend of financial, administrative, and customer service experience who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and creating positive outcomes for both members and staff.What Makes This Role Special:This role is the culmination of several administrative, finance, and member service functions that we've restructured to better meet the needs of our club and community. We're looking for someone with strong integrity, excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to diagnose inefficiencies and implement smart, effective changes.If you're a detail-oriented, people-first professional who loves finding solutions and making processes better, this may be your perfect fit.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Business & Administrative Duties:

• Manage and maintain accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R)
• Oversee employee onboarding and maintain HR files
• Process biweekly payroll, payroll taxes, 401(k) deductions, and submit required tax filings
• Collaborate with external accountants and manage financial reporting
• Maintain club membership records and point-of-sale (POS) system accuracy
• Handle local, state, and federal tax reporting, including W-2s and 1099s
• Support office operations including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts
• Generate financial and operational reports as requested by the CEO

Member & Staff Experience:

• Serve as a go-to problem solver for member issues requiring extra care or troubleshooting
• Support front-line staff with training, system usage (Club Automation), and escalation handling
• Help develop and implement more efficient operating procedures
• Promote a positive club culture by being approachable, engaging, and professional
• Occasionally assist at the front desk or with member communications

Great, But Not Required Skills:

• Website content management
• Network or IT troubleshooting

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Critical thinker and creative problem solver
• Professional, honest, and reliable
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be bondable
