Interns work directly with the Accounting Manager and contribute to real projects that support a wide range of businesses.Position SummaryThe Accounting & Tax Intern will assist in preparing individual tax returns, organizing and reviewing financial documents, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. This is an opportunity to develop practical skills in accounting and tax while supporting day-to-day operations within a professional firm.Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing individual tax returns
• Organizing and analyzing financial records, receipts, and client documents
• Performing data entry and maintaining client files
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Supporting the accounting team with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
