Job Location : Worthington,MN, USA
Supervises, tracks, and evaluates the day-to-day activities of the Exports Department, ensuring accuracy and working closely with USDA.
Overseeing daily processes of export documentation
Monitor the daily performance of the Exports department
Ensure export data is completed and under compliance with USDA requirements
Organize exports data into useable information and maintain updated records
Responsible of plant export accuracy
Ensures an accurate and timely process to expedite export documents
Helps with inventory controls and reports
Helps and participates in inventory cycle counts
Other duties as assigned
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred
Excellent computer skills required, including Excel
Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
Team management skills
2-3 years of management and administration experience
Great communication skills
Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbally)
