Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedAccounting Specialist to join our team and help manage the full cycle accounting processes across our diverse portfolio. This position will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple entities. This role requires a strong understanding of full cycle accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle accounting for multiple entities
  • Post daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and reporting to management
  • Perform data entry for all financial transactions and ensure accounting system is accurate and up to date
  • Support general office operations and assist with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc assignments from management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in email, scanning, and digital document management.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
