The person in this role will be viewed as a key leader in the month-end close process, providing guidance on accounting topics, and evaluating results for accuracy. This person will partner with business finance to provide collaborative support to the Americas business entities.Key TasksOversee the process of the month-end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlinesPerforms financial analysis and ensures accounts are reconciled, journal entries approvedParticipate in the development of accounting procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reportingCompile information for regulatory requirements and auditsWork with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficientlyWork with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements.Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policyReview and institute ways to streamline processes across the region to reduce workloadManage accounting teamWhy Permobil is a great next step for you!
