The Accounting Manager, Revenue and Reporting will have a unique opportunity to bridge the gap of accounting and FP&A by overseeing accounting and controls for revenue cycles, as well as being accountable for elements of operational, regulatory, and financial reporting. The role will primarily entail understanding, maintaining, and explaining all aspects of our revenue recognition model under ASC 606, revenue operations, control environment, and all required state and federal reporting requirements. Fulfillment of the role will also include driving efficiency in compliance reporting/revenue rate filings and leveraging insights to improve financial performance and internal communication of state and federal plan adjustments. Additionally, this role is expected to lead the pricing models for key parent company services, and will be expected to assist with interim and year-end financial audits and support the FP&A team with revenue forecasting. The ideal candidate uses this role to build a deep understanding of our business and key value drivers, which sets them up for growth in either accounting or FP&A.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $129,969 - $158,617 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
