Position: Accounting ManagerLocation: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)Reports To: VP, Assistant ControllerTeam Structure: 2-3 direct reports, 2-8 indirect reports

• Newly created role to deepen the accounting function and support continued organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units for cross-functional support and alignment.
• Manage and mentor a growing team, including potential offshore oversight.
• Play a key role in finance transformation, including upcoming migration.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.

Target Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required; graduate degree a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in public accounting and/or large complex corporate environments.
• Proven people manager with ability to scale and lead teams.
• Strong technical foundation, systems-savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Maturity, professionalism, and high EQ are musts-this is a highly visible and relationship-driven role.
