Job Description :
The Resort Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the resort. This includes overseeing accounting staff, preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate general ledger entries, monitoring internal controls, and maintaining compliance with corporate policies and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure the financial health of the property while supporting operational departments with timely and accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and general ledger. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements for management. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
