Accounting Manager Position in Walworth County

A national, publicly-held manufacturer is looking to add a new Accounting Manager to the team. This position is newly created due to company growth and is the perfect role for a Senior Accountant to step into.

Job Duties:

• Partner with Controller on month/year end close procedures
• Prepare and review timely and accurate consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
• Prepare and lead internal audits
• Preparation of monthly management reports and analysis
• Oversee depreciation schedules and fixed asset accounting.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years experience
• Public accounting experience REQUIRED
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
