What You'll Do:• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and inventory management• Manage full-cycle month-end close procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership• Oversee invoicing and payment processing for repair services and parts• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements• Collaborate with shop management to track job costing and profitability• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends• Supervise and mentor office staff to build and maintain a high-performing team What We're Looking For:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)• Five or more years of accounting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role• Experience in automotive repair, trucking, or logistics is a plus• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, plus advanced Excel skills• CPA or CMA certification is a plus• Ability to travel occasionally five to ten percent Benefits:• Competitive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• 401(k) plan with employer contributions• Paid holidays Ready to take the next step?
