Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join their accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth. This Accounting Manager role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting skills, as well as the ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis.Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, cash management, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheet reconciliation and forecasting.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor finance team member, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Accounting Manager Education & Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a leadership role or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including technical accounting skills.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes, debits and credits management, and cash management strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
