Accounting Manager - Sparks Personnel Services : Job Details

Own core accounting functions: general ledger, revenue recognition, AP/ AR, payroll, and month-end close Lead financial reporting and analysis: P&L, cash flow, KPIs, variance reporting, and budgeting Oversee invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and compensation administration Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordinate with CPA partners Maintain and improve integrations across Accounting, Payroll and ATS ERP's. Support financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting Review contracts and insurance coverage from a financial and risk perspective Act as 401(k) fiduciary and benefits admin lead Qualifications/ Background Profile: 5 years of accounting/finance experience in a staffing agency environment with familiarity in government contracts.
