The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for a new acquisition. Responsibilities include guiding executives in financial decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising daily activities, developing systems for data collection and reporting, and managing the accounting team.

Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr. Compensation includes bonus and equity. Benefits include generous PTO, 401K match, paid healthcare premiums, and an engaging team culture.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including posting, aging, invoicing, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and monitor budgets.
• Track and report sales activity and commissions.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Provide financial reports and projections to senior management.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.

• CPA (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
