Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Role Overview

We're seeking a finance professional with 5–10 years of experience—ideally in investment firms or accounting firms serving investment clients. A CPA is not required, but a strong grasp of fund accounting and operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Partner with CFO/COO on financial reporting
• Review fund financials and investor statements per US GAAP
• Calculate fund and investment returns
• Coordinate with administrators and tax firms (K-1s, PCAPs)
• Draft ASC 820 valuation memos and investor analyses

Operations

• Support investor relations and respond to LP requests
• Manage capital calls, investor portal, and distributions
• Submit data to index providers and handle regulatory filings

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years in PE/VC, fund admin, or financial services
• Strong US GAAP and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits
