Our CLIENTis seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our family-oriented team in Columbus, GA. This is a high-impact role with career growth potential, supporting our CFO and helping drive financial excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do

As Accounting Manager, you'll take ownership of core accounting functions and work directly with our CFO. Your responsibilities will include :

ManagingGeneral Ledger,Accounts Payable, andAccounts Receivable

Performingbank reconciliationsanddata imports

Leadingbudgetingandforecastingprocesses

Supportingannual auditsandcorporate tax return preparation

Maintaining and updating theaccounting policies and procedures manual

Assisting withproperty and casualty insurancematters

Participating intreasury and banking operations

LeveragingQuickBooksand advancedExcelskills to streamline reporting

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in accounting

3–5 yearsof accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required)

Proficiency inQuickBooksandExcel(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

Experience with audits, budgeting, and reconciliations

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a team-first attitude

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $60,000 - $70,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
