Not only will you play a role in shaping the company's financial future, but there's also room to build your own team and progress toward a CFO role.Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to guide operational and profitability improvements.
• Manage monthly/annual financial close processes, budgets, forecasts, and more.
• Build and modernize accounting systems, policies, and methods.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Work with external partners to ensure compliance and streamline operations.
• Lead a team as the organization grows, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• At least 6-8 years of accounting experience, including experience in public accounting and in manufacturing.
• Exceptional skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP compliance.
• A self-starter mindset, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bonus points for experience with e-commerce or private-equity-backed companies/start-up environments.
