Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

About The Role And Our ClientWe are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you will support accounting activities at a large plant location, working closely with plant management to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory management, contributing to the plant's financial success.Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Ensure accurate recording of manufacturing and overhead costs.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze cost variances and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Help manage inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications Of The Accounting Manager

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in cost analysis or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Office, MRP), and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: On-site in North Canton, Ohio
• Salary up to $125k based on experience
