Position: Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager provides coordination and oversight for all areas related to accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including general ledger, budget, forecasts, payables, receivables, sales and use tax, and banking functions for all Weber Holdings' entities.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintaining and managing accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end activities for Weber Group entities.
  • Managing entity banking activities.
  • Managing Payroll & Accounting staff.
  • Ensuring all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards.
  • Managing the accounting team.
  • Preparing & reviewing financial reports.
  • Preparing & managing budgets.
  • Forecasting cash flow.
  • Overseeing daily accounting operations.
  • Administering contracts.
  • Attending all required meetings and trainings.
  • Complying with Weber Holdings policies and professional standards.
  • Performing other work-related duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, ethics, and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • High professionalism and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement change initiatives successfully.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance, with at least 3 years of related experience in accounting/financial management.
  • Working knowledge of general ledger, costing, revenue, and fixed assets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.
