We have partnered with a high-growth consumer goods company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is a hands-on role focused on core accounting functions, with a strong emphasis on inventory reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and GAAP compliance.

You'll play a key role in managing the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy across financial reporting, and working cross-functionally with operations and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full month-end close process and prepare timely, accurate financial statements
• Oversee AP and AR processes, including invoice approvals, payment scheduling, and vendor/client communication
• Perform regular account reconciliations, with a particular focus on inventory
• Reconcile and post banking and credit card transactions
• Partner with operations and leadership teams on year-end reporting and reconciliations
• Support revenue recognition and ensure compliance with GAAP timing standards
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. CPA is a plus
• 3 - 7 years of progressive accounting experience (audit and/or corporate accounting)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems
