Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Required, CPA a plus
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience a must, public accounting experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, G/L Accounting, Real Estate Accounting and basic FP&A
• Strong Technical Skills in MS Office Suite, Yardi, and JD Edwards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
