Manage day-to-day accounting activities across multiple business units and subsidiaries. Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments. Monitor revenue recognition, cost allocation, and asset management to ensure accuracy. Oversee compliance with energy sector-specific financial and environmental reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries and filings.

Proven leadership experience in managing accounting functions within a large, complex organization. Deep knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific accounting standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Skilled in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to optimize efficiency. Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with executives, auditors, and cross-functional teams. CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
