Accounting Coordinator - Melton Truck Lines : Job Details

This position will work in all areas of the accounting and administrative department. The main focus will be on all US and International carrier invoices, Unbilled Reports, AP aging, Check run, and billing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following as well as other duties as assigned. Accounts Payable functions: Process all incoming payable mail. Process all US and International Carrier invoices on a daily basis. Audit amounts, proof of delivery, and assign date of payment to invoice. Scan all documents in Aljex system. Verify all Carrier information and update system including all factoring companies. Work the Unbilled report and AP expected report contacting carriers for appropriate documentation if necessary. Process Check Run on scheduled day each week. Process any and all Quick Pay invoices daily. Billing: Rate, scan, print, and mail freight bills daily.
