We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our Business Office under the Business Team Lead. This role manages accounts receivable/payable, performs financial reconciliations, maintains accurate records, and ensures health plan data communication complies with CMS, DMA, and DSS regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform financial reconciliations and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Coordinate and manage health plan data communications in compliance with CMS, DMA, and DSS regulations.
• Support the Business Office with day-to-day accounting functions and reporting

Minimum Education: • Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required. Minimum Requirements: • Three or more years of experience working in an accounting-related field • Reviewing, monitoring and paying bills in accounting system • Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact. • One or more years working with the frail and elderly population.
