To play an integral part in maintaining a service-oriented relationship with all district departments; and to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the district's payroll, benefit and accounting functions ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS A. ACCOUNTING DUTIES Maintains revolving fund, student activities fund and auxiliary operations fund; Sets up revolving fund reimbursement process; Makes deposits, receives funds, issues receipts, and prepares and processes purchase orders; Processes registration for conferences and other activities for clubs; Prepares end of the month reports for the Governing Board, Administration, club officers, etc.; Pays officials, as required; Prepares Revolving Fund reimbursement vouchers; Performs other related tasks as assigned. B.
