FPT is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs and has an immediate opportunity for an Accounting Clerk at our Cleveland, Ohio location. The Accounting Clerk will apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare support for the Accounts Receivable department. Summary of Responsibilities:Prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report accounts receivable transactions, and post customer payments on a timely basis. Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports. Produce reports of accounts that are in arrears and analyses of bad debt, and prepare analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.
