The Accounting Clerk supports the Accounts Receivable Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Prepare and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Enter and verify financial data in accounting software
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
