The Accounting Clerk (Accounts Receivable) is responsible for all billing, collection of payments, and data management in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements High school graduate or equivalent Prior bookkeeping experience preferred Prior billing in a health-care setting preferred Data entry experience preferred Specific Job Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action Knowledgeable of administration practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing administration functions in the post-acute care facility Ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the administration department Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: cash receipts and billing, business office support, patient r...Accounting Clerk, Accounting, Clerk, Billing
