Accounting Associate II - Avis Budget Group : Job Details

Resolve 409 adjustment requests and make IAJ entries to clear issues. Contact district managers/ TPMs to resolve differences in cash. Provide upper management updates on open cash issues. Provide accountants with month end reports for Bank reconciliation. Journal entries for bank account reconciliation. Research and resolve 1147/120306 errors and make necessary adjustments. Other duties as assigned by management. Successful candidates will have the following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency. Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines. Experience within a car rental business as a rental sales agent is a plus. Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team.
