Accounting Associate - College Program - Kearney & Company : Job Details

Include but are not limited to: Participate in pre-audit planning for engagements Responsible for reviewing client accounting and operating procedures, as well as systems of internal control. Execute the day-to-day accounting and audit activities of the engagement and conduct fieldwork daily. Assist in performing audit procedures to determine the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, performing risk assessments. Demonstrate an understanding of accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Governments financial and management responsibilities. Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently.
